I would be for a help and available to do it if you can send me the picture, so you can show me the problem. But you don't do it. Why?! If the shipping of the parcel was good I'm sure the product wasn't broken and I made everything properly. I need to know what's the problem, without picture I can't . I'm sorry. That's a pity.

3 out of 5 starsThe work looks amazing and I'm very impressed with the seller's skills. However, the bottom could have been made of stronger material as it tilts and the weight of the chair makes it quite unstable. Honestly, I wouldn't have paid that much if only I could tell from the photos.

I use Italian Post Service (Poste Italiane) with national or international registered mail (traceable), according to the rates published on the site.
According to the Italian Post Office the average delivery times are:
For Italy - 3/5 days
For Europe - one week
Rest of the world - 3/4 weeks
These times are indicative.
I do not assume responsibility for the timing, non-delivery, and damage caused by couriers.
Enter the article packs that package and seal carefully, but not always this is a guarantee.

Additional policies and FAQs
1) Send me an email with the items you'd like to include in the composition and the images* you'd like to insert. I can add objects related to trade or profession, hobbies, sports, food, ... I will reply with some idea of realization and any price changes for each. Until we find the prettiest idea.
2) I will create an ad with an identification number that I will send you by email.
3) Place your order
4) Craft time is approximately 2/3 days (when modelling the draft, before baking, I could send other emails with requests for preferences). Then I will send you an email with the created objects, but not assembled in order to make additions or different placements. Once was baked, the objects can not be changed any more. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours will be deemed as approved one of the options presented in the mail, and I'll go on to the processes.
5) I will proceed with the assembly and any other elements . When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
* Images must be clear. They can be very useful pictures of the same object made from many angles.
NOTES
Due to its uniqueness, all customized clay figurines cannot be exchanged or refunded, please think carefully before you make the purchase.
